Lindwells is an online shop and does not physically hold stock of all the products listed. In most instances, the products are shipped directly from our suppliers or manufactures. Lindwells are therefore unable to guarantee the availability of stock. Supplier / manufacturer lead times apply to certain items. Please contact Lindwells to confirm availability of stock and lead time prior to placing an order.
All leather and canvas products are handmade and as a result slight variation may occur. Slight colour variations may occur in different batches of leather and canvas. Tick marks, scars and scratches that may be found on leather products are natural.
Prices quoted are in Rands. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Lindwells is a non-Vat vendor.
Orders can be placed by contacting us on email@example.com / 015 793 7373 or through our website contact form. We will contact you regarding order confirmation, invoice total, payment and delivery. Order processing will not begin until a confirmed order is received and full payment reflects in our bank account.
The price of products advertised on the Lindwells online shop exclude delivery charges which are additional unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges will be presented before the confirmation of the order. Lindwells makes use of Postnet to Postnet delivery. A courier company will be used for outlying areas without a Postnet branch. Lindwells holds no responsibility for loss or damage of products once they have been dispatched.
All products are subject to the manufacturer’s terms and warranties.
If the wrong product has been supplied or if the product is faulty or damaged, Lindwells will exchange it on condition that the products are returned within five days of receipt. If a replacement is not possible, Lindwells will refund the purchase price including delivery costs.
Lindwells do not accept returns. Exchanges are excepted provided that the product is unused, not damaged, in its original packaging.and returned within five days of receipt of goods. The client will be responsible for courier costs in the event of an exchange.
Lindwells will not be held liable for costs incurred due to incorrect orders and information.
